Multi-Site Affordable Property Manager

• →High school diploma or equivalent required.
• →Minimum of three (3) years of experience in housing and/or property management.
• →Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-family housing communities.
• →Experience generating property budgets and managing affordable housing developments, including:
• →
  • →HUD
  • →Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)
  • →Rural Housing
  • →Tax-Exempt Bond properties
• →Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Oregon landlord-tenant laws.
• →Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• →Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• →Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

• Professional certification in affordable property management.
• Exposure to and familiarity with community organizing, resident services, and supportive housing programs.
• Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.

• Ability to walk properties, inspect units, and climb stairs regularly.
• Ability to travel frequently between assigned communities throughout Oregon.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and work at a computer for extended periods.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Financial and analytical skills related to property operations and budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and site teams.
