Responsibilities

→Supervise and support the Data Entry Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards
→Develop and implement data entry protocols and best practices aligned with Netchex’s operational goals
→Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems and reports
→Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Product) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates
→Manage timelines and deliverables for data-related projects
→Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards
→Create documentation and training materials to support onboarding and continuous improvement

4+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, should have led or managed a team for at least 1 year
Strong understanding of payroll systems and employee data management
Preferred: Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High accuracy in data input and validation
Timely completion of data-related tasks and projects
Effective team leadership and collaboration
Continuous improvement in data processes and team performance
