Client of Micah Solutions FZE is hiring an Estimator for a subcontracting business in Dubai focused on building construction, with strong emphasis on industrial projects. The role requires experience in preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings, obtaining quotations, and supporting tender submissions in line with UAE construction standards and bid processes.

• →Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• →Review architectural, structural, and related project drawings to identify scope, material requirements, and cost implications.
• →Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support competitive and accurate bid submissions.
• →Support tender preparation, commercial analysis, bid documentation, and submission processes.
• →Coordinate with internal teams to clarify technical and commercial requirements and highlight discrepancies in tender documents.
• →Maintain awareness of UAE market rates, local construction practices, and applicable regulations and standards relevant to estimation and tendering.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in estimation within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations, standards, tendering procedures, and market pricing.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, drawing review, quotations, and bid preparation.
• Mandatory experience in both industrial projects and residential projects.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to work under tender deadlines.
