Engineer Lead/MGR , Tainan Manufacturing Section Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (IE, planning, EE, Materials, Chemical, Physics, etc.)
• Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role. 
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication (frontend)
• 2+ years of team leadership experience (Supervisor / Shift lead)
• Strong understanding of wafer process flow (Litho / Etch / Thin Film / Diffusion / CMP…)
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience in shift operations, line management, and manufacturing execution.
• Strong knowledge of WIP management, production flow control, and operational discipline.
• Proven experience in driving AI, digitalization, and smart manufacturing initiatives, with the ability to leverage data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing productivity.
• Demonstrated track record in driving cycle time improvement, productivity enhancement, and capacity optimization initiatives.
• Cross-functional alignment with PE/EE.

• Experience in multinational semiconductor companies (e.g., US-based)
• Familiar with fab KPI management (yield, cycle time, wip control)
• Experience working closely with PE/EE in process improvement
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in DRAM / advanced node manufacturing
