Sr. Mobile System Engineer

As a Mobile System Engineer, you are responsible for setting up an evaluation environment and testing, debugging, characterizing, and evaluating the performance of low-power DRAM products in order to evaluate the compatibility of low-power DRAM products on mobile systems.

Mobile System Engineerとして、モバイルシステム上で低電力DRAM製品の互換性評価するため、評価環境の立上げ及び低電力DRAM製品のテスト、デバッグ、特性評価及び性能評価を行えるようにする責任があります。

• →Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc. to evaluate and validate LPDRAM on a mobile system. These products include next-generation LPDRAM and PIM.
• →design and develop software for evaluation, verification and analysis.
• →Bring up and debugging the evaluation environment and firmware.

責任には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

• →オシロスコープ、ロジック・アナライザ、プロトコル・アナライザ等を使用し、モバイルシステム上にてLPDRAMを評価及び検証を行います。対象製品には次世代のLPDRAMやPIMなどが含まれます。
• →評価、検証及び解析用のソフトウェアの設計、開発を行います。
• →評価環境及びファームウェアの立上げ、デバッグを行います。

Qualification

Required (either experience is acceptable)

• →Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• →Experience in software development (Python, C/C++, etc.)

Desired

• →Experience with DRAM Experience with protocol analyzers
• →Experience working with Unix/Linux terminals
• →Experience in system development or evaluation
• →Middle-level English language ability
• →Japanese language capability
