Network VOIP Engineer

Troubleshoot, identify and resolve IPT (Cisco) and backbone voice Incidents. Troubleshoot value added services (Voice Mail, Attendant console, etc...) Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems. Administrating all the VoIP, StoneFax and call center systems. Perform release management activities. (Implement new release and upgrades) Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer engineering, Communication engineering. 2+ years of experience in the same field. Proven experience in a network and VOIP administrator role Hands on experience in networking, routing, switching and VOIP Experience with different vendors of network and VOIP implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired Experienced in VOIP and IP Telephony protocols and standards CCNP R&S, VOIP are a must
