→An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
→Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university (required).
→Licensed Clinical or Counseling Psychologist in the State of Ohio (required).
→Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
→Knowledge of behavioral health screening tools and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
→Excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and counseling.
→Strong telehealth proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies.
→Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.
→Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
→Maintain clinical competency and compliance with all applicable regulations.
→Ability to travel up to 50%.
→Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance.
→Ability to document personal identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act [I-9] requirements.
