✓Provide individual and group therapy to address mental health, substance use, and behavioral issues
✓Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical needs
✓Assess suicide risk and intervene during mental health crises
✓Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
✓Coordinate care with psychiatrists, medical staff, and correctional officers
✓Make referrals for psychiatric services, medication management, or specialized care
✓Support discharge planning and reentry coordination (e.g., community resources, housing, follow-up care)
✓Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and facility standards
✓Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
✓Educate staff on mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and behavioral management strategies
✓Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality, and correctional policies
