Systems Engineer - Senior Level

Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Engineer to help shape and deliver the next generation of GEOINT capabilities supporting the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and mission partners across the Intelligence Community. In this high-impact role, you will lead systems engineering efforts across complex, enterprise-scale environments, guiding the integration of people, processes, technologies, and mission requirements into effective operational solutions. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical leader across the full systems engineering lifecycle, providing guidance in requirements engineering, solution development, systems integration, test and evaluation, and enterprise analysis. Working closely with government stakeholders, mission partners, and cross-functional engineering teams, you will translate complex operational needs into scalable, mission-focused solutions. Your expertise will help drive strategic planning, strengthen system interoperability, and ensure the successful delivery of resilient and reliable GEOINT capabilities supporting national security objectives.

• →Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across multiple engineering disciplines.
• →Guide requirements engineering, solution development, integration, testing, evaluation, and sustainment activities.
• →Analyze and maintain traceability between user requirements, architectures, and technical solutions.
• →Assess cloud service capabilities, workflows, processes, and scheduling limitations to improve mission effectiveness.
• →Develop solution designs based on mission requirements and emerging technologies.
• →Translate mission and customer needs into system and capability requirements.
• →Support requirements allocation across system architectures and executing programs.
• →Perform and oversee systems integration activities.
• →Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
• →Support strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design efforts.
• →Integrate multiple systems, services, processes, and interfaces across major acquisition programs and organizational boundaries.
