• →Schedule and coordinates driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks
• →Organized driver Outbound/Inbound window and calls
• →Verifies Bills of Ladings
• →Build loads in McLeod.
• →Must be able to assist with HOS and ELD compliance.
• →Assist with tracking & recording.
• →Ensure Yard Checks are complete.
• →Update McLeod with Driver & Truck information daily
• →Complete E-manifest requirements as needed.
• →Develop reports as needed.
• →Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute as needed.
• →Manage Relationships with driver.
• →Other duties as assigned by management.

Strong communication skills, proficient English, telephone skills, strong computer skills, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking, be dependable and have strong time management skills.
