Fleet Maintenance Manager

Mister “P” Express is a truckload contract carrier with authority in 48 states and Canada. Our goal is to be on time, every time.  We pledge total dedication and explicit attention to every detail that our customers require. 

·         Oversee daily operations with GM.

·         Monitor parts production

·         Monitor staff production on all shifts

·         Cost analysis on tractors and trailers

·         Continually monitor tire cost ensuring we are getting the best pricing.

·         Employee scheduling

·         Maintain vendor relationships

·         Maintain & Manage all Company cars; ensuring they are always in working order and services are performed as required.

·         Oversee all equipment repairs and provide analytics to Executives as requested

·         Oversee all training & scheduling for new hires, ensuring they are meeting all requirements to grow and work long term

·         Maintain vendor relationships.

·         Bachelor’s’ degree desired

Must have great communication skills
