Dept Collection -Fleet Quality Analyst Officer

     A. Fleet Allocation & Usage QA (30%) 

• Daily audit of bike check-in/out logbook vs GPS report-flag bikes out after 8pm, personal use, or unauthorized location. 
• Verify that every bike allocated has valid documents: Insurance, Road License, Service card, helmet, reflector. 
• Check if rider hrs valid license and signed bike responsibility form. 
• Sample 10 bikes weekly in parking: physical condition vs last report. 

B.  Maintenance & Repairs (25%) 

• Audit all job cards: Was repair really needed? Was the cost approved? Was the same bike repaired twice for the same fault within 30 days? 
• Verify garage invoices vs actual work done physical inspection of bike after major repair. 
• Check preventive service compliance: Is service done every 1000km or skipped? 
• Flag fake or inflated invoices and collusion with garage. 

C. Fuel & Cost control (25%) 

• Daily QA of fuel consumption: System report vs fuel station report vs GPS mileage. Detect fraud. 
• Audit fuel cards: Card assigned to bike? Fueling outueling outside, Dar? Over fueling? 
• Calculate fuelefficiency per bike(km per litre)-flag bikes with abnormal consumption (less than 20km/L) 
• Verify all fuel receipts and monthly fuel bill before payment approval. 

D.Safety, Compliance, Safety & Documentation QA (20%) 

• Audit GPS violations: Over speeding, no helmet, Night riding, Harsh braking-ensure Fleet Officer actioned 100% 
• Verify accident reports: Was an accident reported within 2hrs? Police report attached? Insurance claimed? 
• Audit fleet files: Is file complete for each bike? Missing documents=QA finding. 
• Prepare weekly Fleet QA findings report with evidence (photos, GPS screen shots, receipts).
