Convert generated leads into approved and disbursed loans while maintaining high conversion rates.
Achieve individual monthly lead generation and loan issuance targets.
Conduct daily field visits to identify and acquire new customers.
Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers, tricycle dealers, businesses, and other referral partners.
Ensure all customer information and documentation collected are accurate and complete.
Follow up with prospective customers throughout the loan application process until disbursement.
Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular progress reports to the Branch Manager.
Represent the company professionally during field activities and community engagements.
Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends, and report findings to the Branch Manager.
Participate in branch marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain professionalism and safeguard the company's reputation at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or other authorised line
