Loan Officer - Dodoma

Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Origination and Sales

• Identify and acquire new clients through field activities, referrals, and branch walk-ins

• Promote loan products and explain terms clearly to prospective customers

• Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets

2. Client Assessment and Credit Analysis

• Conduct client screening and affordability assessments

• Collect and verify required documentation

• Perform field visits for client verification where necessary

• Ensure all applications meet credit policy and risk standards

3. Loan Processing and Disbursement

• Prepare and submit complete loan applications for approval

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing

• Ensure proper documentation before disbursement

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries

• Encourage repeat business and client referrals

5. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the supervisor
