- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch loan portfolio.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Establish partnerships and referral networks within the branch catchment area.
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Approve loans within delegated authority limits.
- Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and quality.
- Ensure timely collections and recovery activities.
- Manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and minimize loan losses.
- Review delinquency reports and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise Sales Agents and Field Officers.
- Set performance targets and monitor achievement.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Identify staff training and development needs.
- Prepare branch performance reports.
- Analyze business trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Present branch results to senior management.
