GUEST SERVICES/SECURITY: HI-FI & HI-FI ANNEX (SEASONAL)

HI-FI is a live music and special events venue located in the Fountain Square District of Indianapolis, IN.  HI-FI presents national, regional and local concerts 6 nights per week. 

• →Ticket scanning & promotional material distribution
• →ID Checking for age verification and wristbanding
• →Pre and post-show room setup, venue cleaning, and general labor
• →Administer security screenings for guests prior to entering the venue
• →Monitoring access points for artist / staff only areas and screening for credentials
• →Interact with customers and answer questions as needed
• →Monitoring of the health & safety of all guests in attendance
• →Crowd control
• →De-escalate stressful or volatile interactions
• →Ensure customers leave with a positive experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A minimum 1 year of guest services, customer service, or security related experience is preferred
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to handle loud & sometimes crowded/high energy environments 

• Patience
• Good communicator
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Excel at negotiations
• Calm under pressure
