~1 min readWe are seeking a highly creative Creative Designer & Video Editor to produce engaging visual content across ecommerce, digital marketing, online education, live events, and social media for a growing multi-brand business.
This role is responsible for transforming creative briefs into high-quality graphics, videos, and marketing assets that support paid advertising, ecommerce, email marketing, YouTube, online courses, websites, presentations, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with professional video editing experience and enjoys producing a wide variety of content across multiple platforms.
Success in this role requires someone who can balance creativity with efficiency, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently deliver polished assets that support marketing, customer engagement, and business growth.
This is not a traditional brand design role. While maintaining visual consistency is important, the primary objective is producing high-quality creative assets that support marketing execution, customer education, ecommerce growth, and business operations.
Experience creating motion graphics and animations using After Effects or similar software
Experience using Figma for collaborative design workflows
Experience supporting live events, conferences, or promotional campaigns
Experience designing presentation decks, sales collateral, or branded marketing materials
Responsibilities
~1 min readDesign creative assets for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital marketing channels
Produce graphics for websites, Shopify storefronts, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Create visual assets for online courses, digital products, presentations, downloadable resources, and sales materials
Design graphics for social media, YouTube, blogs, and other content marketing channels
Develop creative assets that align with established brand guidelines while supporting marketing objectives
Edit long-form YouTube videos, webinars, podcasts, and educational content
Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Create promotional videos for product launches, events, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
Repurpose long-form content into multiple platform-specific formats
Incorporate captions, transitions, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where appropriate
Translate marketing briefs into production-ready creative assets
Produce multiple creative variations to support ongoing marketing campaigns and content initiatives
Prepare assets for different digital platforms and advertising specifications
Manage revisions and feedback efficiently while maintaining project timelines
Organize and maintain creative asset libraries and project files
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations & Content Operations Specialist to deliver creative assets according to campaign schedules
Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to produce advertising creatives that support structured testing and campaign optimization
Support the Ecommerce Operations Specialist with Shopify graphics, promotional assets, product launches, and customer-facing content
Coordinate with the Tour Operations Coordinator on event materials, presentations, signage, and promotional collateral
Contribute ideas that improve creative production workflows and operational efficiency
Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple brands and channels
Review creative deliverables for quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards
Stay current with design, video, and digital marketing trends
Continuously improve creative production processes through templates, reusable assets, and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate
Requirements
~1 min read3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, and video production work
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative software
Professional experience using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software
Experience producing creative assets for ecommerce or digital marketing campaigns
Experience editing long-form YouTube content and short-form social media videos
Experience supporting ecommerce or DTC brands
Experience collaborating with marketing or paid media teams to produce campaign assets
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
Experience preparing creative assets across multiple digital channels and formats
Experience producing educational content, online courses, or coaching materials
Experience working within fast-growing founder-led businesses
Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and file organization
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve design or video production workflows
