Consistently ranked among the top in its field, our Equity Research team looks at economic, market, industry and company data to enhance the performance of clients' global portfolios and to help companies set their strategic direction.
Description:
* Review Japanese-language research reports (Company/Industry, Economics, Strategy) prepared by Japan Research analysts, acting as both Supervisory Analyst and editor.
* Review Japanese versions of global research reports (Company/Industry, Economics, Strategy) as Supervisory Analyst and editor.
* Coordinate global collaborative publications.
* Work closely with editorial colleagues—both Japanese and English editors—to manage the Japan Research workflow and ensure timely publication in both Japanese and English.
* Communicate effectively with Japan analyst teams to facilitate smooth report production and publication.
* Post-edit Japanese translations generated from English using AI translation tools.
* Provide English-to-Japanese translation support when required.
* Support various editorial-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry, preferably within Research
* Series 16 certification (Supervisory Analyst qualification)
* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Proven ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Team-oriented mindset
* Language proficiency: Japanese (native), English (business level)
