Responsibilities
~1 min readThe HRBP plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s people strategy. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to the leader(s) responsible for final decision-making related to talent acquisition and workforce planning, employee relations and performance management, compliance and risk management, and any other matters related to human capital.
Key responsibilities include:
- →Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job description development, sourcing strategies, interviewing, and Day 1 onboarding.
- →Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and build effective talent pipelines.
- →Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders on HR, payroll, and time & attendance matters.
- →Manage employee relations matters, including progressive discipline and employment status changes.
- →Support leaders with coaching, documentation, and performance improvement planning.
- →Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- →Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- →Manage leave programs including ADA, FMLA, and Workers’ Compensation.
- →Oversee return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations..
The successful candidate brings proven ability, experience, and passion for building relationships with leaders to successfully influence decision-making around people operations. You have strong organizational savvy and the ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics while balancing influence, accountability, and sound judgment. You know how to balance assertiveness and respecting leader ownership of decisions.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, address sensitive issues with professionalism, and confidently challenge the status quo when necessary.

Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive human resources experience.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, leave administration, and leadership advisory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity, tact, and diplomacy.
