The HRIS Officer is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data accuracy, generates reports and analytics, and supports HR operations through system improvements and technical support. The position also plays a key role in system implementation, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- →Perform regular data audits, validation, and clean-up of employee records
- →Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
- →Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR and employees
- →Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related concerns and inquiries
- →Support HRIS implementation, system migration, and upgrades
- →Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve workflows and system utilization
- →Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- →Document system processes, user guides, and training materials
- →Assist in automation initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency
- →Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations with strong exposure to HR systems
- Experience in HRIS implementation, migration, or system upgrades is an advantage
- Proven experience in database management, data entry, and system auditing
Requirements
