Warehouse Team Leader

1. Monitor all feeding platforms assigned per rack and discipline all pickers to ensure tidiness maintained to help reduce SDR. Ensure all aisles and racks are free of garbage(waste) or left items on the floor. Pickers are not allowed to transfer in other locations.
2. Ensure empty steel crates are immediately place back in each level by forklift operators and call attention asap if not followed. All steel crate checklist are filled up accordingly with the correct data and submitted timely to packing team leaders.
3. Ensure all backliner9. TLs to ensure tidiness and saving electricity is being complied to by the team. Non-compliance by the team should be raised immediately if they are not being followed by the pickers for proper sanction to be given to liable pickers. were properly turn-over by collector and validated. If not followed, TLs to immediately talk to erring personnel and update supervisor for the errors committed for disciplinary measure. Output to be strictly monitored by TLs by constantly observing performance of the team through daily validation.
4. Daily output record to be checked by TLs as part of monitoring and compliance and understanding the root cause of the issue and solving it asap.
5. Report any disruptions in the racking and ensure availability of headlamps in each rack for emergency cases. All tools needed by pickers should be available and replaced and reported to Supervisor immediately and followed up to ensure smooth flow in operations.
6. Monitor over all collection activity on the racking, including the checking of the improvised table, hiding place, and pull out of damage item to be endorse to Supervisor for updates and endorsement. All mismatch items to be reported asap to QM team in the WhatsApp group through the assistance of our supervisors.
7. All Quantity batch adjustment to be highlighted asap to the supervisor and ensure it is encoded in the output for updating of BSD team.
8. All concerns encountered in racks to be reported immediately to leaders asap with suggested solutions and action taken. This includes the endorsement of damages to QM and updating superior for any reports taken and for the complete endorsment done.
9. To source out missing SKUs in location and report asap to DC to check other locations and comply within the 15mins to clear SKU on hand. TLs to coordinate with other TLs to aid in location check in assigned racks to speed up the process.
Qualifications & Skills Requirement:
1. Undergraduate of college, vocational course or any equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in related field.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Can work under pressure.
5. Can work with flexible working hours and fast-paced environment, Organize, good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
