• →Conducting investigations into claims of fraud, waste, or abuse committed by end users
• →Analyzing all the given data on different systems to unveil patterns of claims
• →Reviewing refund records for signs of suspicious activity, such as a high cancellation rate correlated with a high basket size
• →Investigating cancellation cases, delivered cases with coupon, and commission evasion
• →Communicating effectively with internal and external partners via email and phone upon demand to ensure the investigation results
• →Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
• →Report any instances of non-compliance or recurrence of payment risk cases to management
• →Preparing briefs regarding findings and recommendations based on investigations

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably Business Administration
• 1-3 years of experience using multiple systems with a high success record in driving positive change
• Prior experience in a high volume support or transactional role in the risk space, quality specialist, compliance officer, and operations support
• Process driven and task oriented
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs
