Mujin is a global leader in industrial automation, redefining supply chain efficiency through MujinOS—our intelligent operating system for robotics. At our core is Machine Intelligence (MujinMI), a unique approach that leverages real-time digital twins and advanced perception, planning, and control algorithms to achieve fully autonomous operations.

Our flagship product, MujinController, empowers users with a highly configurable, no-code interface. By integrating cutting-edge motion planning and computer vision, it enables seamless automation for complex applications such as palletizing, picking, and truck unloading.

Headquartered in Japan with a growing presence in the US, China, and Europe, we invite you to join a dynamic environment where you can shape the future of automation.

This role is designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing and operations engineering.

As a Manufacturing Operations Trainee, you will join our production team and gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, testing, and quality control. Throughout the program, you will receive education support and mentorship, including guidance on what to learn and where to find relevant learning materials, to develop the technical skills required for an Operations Engineer role.

The trainee program runs for 12 months and includes:

  • Learning support tailored to individual skill gaps, including textbooks, online courses, and other learning resources
  • Weekly check-ins and mentorship from experienced engineers
  • Hands-on training in manufacturing and testing operations
  • Progress evaluations at 6 and 12 months

Upon successfully completing the program and passing the final 12-month evaluation, you will be converted to a permanent employee (Seishain) and transition into an Operations Engineer role. This transition will be reflected in both your responsibilities and compensation.
