• Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
• Intermediate Business Intelligence Analyst
• Senior Analytics Engineer
• Intermediate Analytics Engineer

As a BI Analyst, you’ll use data to uncover trends, answer business questions and deliver insights that support informed decision-making. We’re looking for individuals who can combine technical expertise with commercial thinking and a natural curiosity about what the numbers tell us.

• A qualification in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• For Intermediate roles, typically 2+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with greater depth of experience expected at Senior level.
• Strong SQL skills and an understanding of data modelling, with Kimball methodology being an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Python or R considered an advantage.
• A curious, commercially minded approach — you don’t just analyse data; you ask why it matters and how it can make a difference.

• Typically 5+ years’ experience in Analytics Engineering or BI Development for Senior-level profiles, with relevant experience appropriate to Intermediate-level profiles.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience in data transformations.
• Solid expertise in dimensional modelling, including Kimball methodology and star or snowflake schemas.
• Experience with Snowflake, Matillion or similar data transformation and orchestration tools, and ELT pipelines.
• An understanding of data quality, governance and testing principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams.

• Experience in financial services, retail or high-growth technology environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.

• Python experience for data automation.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with data testing frameworks and observability tools.
• A background in fintech, consulting or high-growth environments.

As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll help transform raw data into reliable, well-structured and trusted datasets that power reporting, analytics and business decision-making. We’re interested in professionals who enjoy building scalable data models, optimising transformations and improving the quality and reliability of data.

• Snowflake: Cloud data warehousing.
• Matillion: Data transformation and orchestration.
• Git and Liquibase: Version control and database change management/CI/CD.
• SQL: Our primary language for data transformations.
