We're looking for a customer-focused Booth Teller who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Booth Teller, you'll be the face of Mukuru at our branches and booths, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience.

• Processing remittance collections and sending transactions accurately
• Conducting KYC verification and compliance checks
• Handling cash transactions and balancing daily floats
• Monitoring transaction limits and reporting suspicious activities
• Assisting customers with compliance documentation when required
• Promoting Mukuru products and services to customers
• Maintaining secure cash and device management practices
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service every day
• Ensuring your booth and workspace remain safe, secure, and presentable

• Grade 12 / High School Certificate
• Higher Certificate or Post-Secondary Qualification

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services environment

• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions
• Understanding of KYC/FICA regulations
• Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Administrative and organisational abilities
• High level of professionalism and integrity
