Responsibilities

→Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
→ 5+ years of experience in integration and infrastructure support within enterprise environments.
→ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow MID Server installation, configuration, and administration.
→ Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure.
→ Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
→ Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, firewalls, proxies, SSL/TLS, and load balancers.
→ Experience developing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP API integrations.
→ Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.
→ Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
→ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Discovery.
Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
Experience with cloud security and identity/access management concepts.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
