The Global Head of PMO is responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of the PMO processes and functions. The role holder serves as a strategic advisor, working alongside business leaders to prioritise projects and facilitate the evaluation of concepts. The director of PMO is also responsible for managing robust governance frameworks and continuous improvement of processes, tool and techniques, ensuring consistently strong delivery.
