Pay Range: Pay range: $21.71 - $23.83/hr. (This rate includes an additional $3.40 per hour. The Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through program is approved through September 30, 2026; however, this additional pay will continue through September 30, 2027.)
Shift Premiums: Night (11:00pm - 6:59am) $0.75 | Weekend (Fri 11:00pm - Sun 10:59 pm) $0.50

Long Term Care: 39 bed | Team Member to Elder Ratio: 1:9
