SITEC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Program Integrator (PI) with a strong financial background to join our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing budgets, and supporting Government programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with spend plans, funding requisitions, financial reporting, and customer-specific financial management tools and databases.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and track spend plans, budgets, funding requisitions, and financial projections.

Analyze financial execution reports, contract burn rates, and funding requirements.

Support Government Program Managers with resource planning, budget tracking, and program execution.

Utilize financial management systems, databases, and Microsoft Excel to track and report program expenditures.
→
Monitor contract funding, staffing projections, and program milestones.
→
Assist with acquisition documentation, contract reviews, and program reporting.
→
Prepare financial summaries, spreadsheets, and briefings to support leadership decisions.
→
Collaborate with program managers, financial teams, and contracting personnel to identify and resolve funding concerns.
