SITEC is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (SE3) with a strong background in systems engineering, testing, and integration to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of systems engineering expertise, hands-on test engineering experience, and familiarity with military services and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).

We're looking for a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a team environment and enjoys working across technical disciplines to develop, test, and deliver reliable system solutions.

Responsibilities

Support systems engineering, integration, testing, and verification activities for complex Government systems.

Develop and review system requirements, test plans, procedures, and technical documentation.

Coordinate system verification and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet operational and performance requirements.

Participate in system design reviews, technical assessments, and integrated product teams.

Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve system integration and testing challenges.

Collaborate with engineers, developers, testers, and Government stakeholders to support successful system delivery.

Support risk assessments, requirements traceability, and continuous improvement of engineering and testing processes.
