We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Talent Manager to lead a team of Talent Management Executives responsible for booking and managing promotional staff across a wide range of brand activation campaigns, including roadshows, experiential activity and PR campaigns.

  • Proven experience managing and leading high-performing teams in an office environment (essential).
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
  • Experience managing performance, attendance and employee relations matters.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working with systems and technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Positive, adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and change.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Oversee the successful fulfilment of campaign staffing requirements.
  • Ensure work is effectively prioritised, planned and allocated across the team.
  • Monitor booking activity and performance data to maintain high fulfilment and quality standards.
  • Liaise with Campaign Management teams to understand campaign briefs, objectives and budgets.
  • Ensure vacant campaign shifts are filled with the most suitable contractors.

  • Review and quality-check contractor bookings and suitability.
  • Provide constructive feedback to contractors to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Support and guide new contractors and those requiring additional coaching.
  • Manage self-booking approvals, ensuring contractors match campaign requirements.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to address performance concerns.

  • Produce accurate reports and performance updates for senior management.
  • Manage team rotas and holiday planning to maintain service levels.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve systems, processes and contractor experience.
  • Actively challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for both N2O and our clients.
