You'll take real ownership of the systems that let n8n's People function scale. This is a genuine mandate to design them, not inherit someone else's finished blueprint, and you'll get a built-in audit period so you can diagnose before anyone asks you to prescribe. You'll report directly to our VP People, with real visibility and sponsorship, and you'll shape the next 2 to 3 hires on your own team as it grows.

Since n8n builds workflow automation for a living, you'll get to use our own product to automate your own function. That's a genuinely rare setup, and honestly, the best advertisement for what we build. You're joining at around 400 people, heading past 500 by year-end, which is exactly the stage where the calls you make on hygiene, analytics, systems, and automation define how the company scales, rather than just keeping the lights on.
