We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and AI-driven solutions to help optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in automation development, UiPath, Workbot technologies, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and emerging agentic AI capabilities, with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and implement scalable automation opportunities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, including process discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities and technologies continue to evolve.

Responsibilities

→Minimum of one year of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required (unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services).

→Experience with core software applications.

→Understands basic programming concepts (sequence of commands, conditional structures, looping structures, etc.).

All education and experience for Level I.

Minimum of three years of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required (unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services).

Possesses working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.

All education and experience for Level II.

Minimum of five years of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required (unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services).

Advanced experience with system analysis and application of technology to business environments.

Advanced experience in analyzing the operations of database hardware, software.
