We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Laboratory Technician opportunity, specializing in Crown & Bridge fabrication, at NDX H&O Dental Lab in Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities

→Fit all work to a solid poured or digitally printed model
→Choose correct porcelain
→Build to correct contour, blend and occlusion
→Stain and glaze with crown clean-up functions on posterior restorations
→Complete esthetic anterior PFZ, PFM and full contour cases
→Fire at the correct temperature and for the appropriate amount of time
→Steam clean required items
→Return items to proper pan
→Complete cases according to work ticket schedule
→Scan and initial cases as required
→Perform basic porcelain repairs according to Technical Team Policies
→All other duties as assigned

Knowledge of tooth anatomy
Ability to articulate according to Rx
Knowledge of materials (i.e. stones, acrylic)
Identify through Impressions margins
Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English

High School diploma or preferred
1-2 years’ experience with building porcelain crowns, and 2 or more years contouring monolithic crowns

Laboratory equipment that may include: grinders, lathes, ovens, burners, steamers and boiling water

Sitting for long periods of time, uncommon posture when fabricating and continuous maneuvering of hands and fingers while working with small tools
Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
Good hand-eye coordination
Good manual dexterity
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Repeated bending and kneeling
Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
May be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
