  • Contribute to technically practical and institutionally feasible recommendations for Latin America and the Caribbean

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in mining and/or productive development
  • At least 6 years of experience designing, implementing, or evaluating mining supplier-development programs, production chains, or local procurement, including direct interaction with mining companies or suppliers
  • At least 5 years of Latin America project experience, including at least 2 years in Chile or Peru
  • Applied knowledge of Canadian and Australian experience through technical studies, cooperation, or best-practice exchange

Desired Skills and Experience:

Ideal Candidate:

The strongest candidate will bring direct experience in mining supplier development or procurement, supported by documented project work in Latin America and the required experience in Chile or Peru. The successful candidate must be able to assess operational models and translate international practices into feasible recommendations for the region.
