Nebius is looking for a Regional Intelligence Analyst based in Europe.

• The Europe Regional Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing an up-to-date and in-depth regional understanding of the environment in which Nebius operates across Europe, with a focus on countries, national, regional, and local authorities, sites, projects, and stakeholders relevant to the company’s operations and growth plans. 

• The role includes monitoring and analyzing political, regulatory, legal, public, and infrastructure-related developments; assessing community activity and local activism; and identifying trends and changes involving energy, the power grid, environmental matters, planning, and permitting that may affect the company and its existing or planned projects. 

• The Analyst will collect and integrate information from diverse sources and countries into regional assessments, country and site reviews, and decision-focused briefings. The role will support management and internal teams by identifying emerging risks, changes, and opportunities and providing the local, national, and European context required for planning and informed decision-making.
