Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, facilities management, engineering, business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff, leadership, contractors, vendors, and Facilities personnel.
Ability to prioritize projects based on patient impact, operational needs, urgency, and available resources.

Experience coordinating projects, space planning, construction, facilities, healthcare operations, or a related field.
Project management experience or certification.
Knowledge of healthcare construction, infection prevention, life safety, ADA, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or similar design/planning software.
