Computer Technician

Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems

• →Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
  • →Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
  • →Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
  • →Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
  • →Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
  • →Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync’s Onsite Support service requests.

• Assist with on-site projects.
• Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
• Upkeep of work area.
• Assist Network Team with network appliance installations.
• Continued technical education.
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

High School Diploma or Equivalent, CompTIA A+ or extensive break-fix experience, Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record.
