Estimator

The role of Estimator is to lead a team of driven and motivated estimators within the Security Division. You will be required to meet monthly work winning targets with a view to ensuring the ongoing success and profitability of the Division. 

This will require a meticulous individual with a strong history of successfully securing large and complex contracts within the construction industry. 

You will be required to collaborate with our Clients on a senior level to develop relationships and promote the likelihood of future opportunities. You will have overall responsibility for developing accurate and concise bid proposals for presentation to the Client. You will be responsible for examining and analysing the performance of the team, the competency of the submissions and the accuracy of the pricing. 

You will also develop a good relationship with the operations team to ensure a fluid handover process into the construction phase.
