Solution Architect – AI / GenAI (Salesforce / ServiceNow)

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce or ServiceNow ecosystems, combined with strong experience in AI/GenAI implementations. This role will focus on designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI integrations for Field Service and Customer Service workflows.

• →Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into Salesforce / ServiceNow platforms
• →Lead implementation of RAG pipelines, LLM-based workflows, and NLP-driven automation
• →Architect scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems
• →Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
• →Work with MCP protocols, tool orchestration, and agent-based systems
• →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise solutions
• →Drive solution design workshops, customer demos, and technical discovery sessions
• →Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions

• 8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Field Service) or ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM / FSM)
• Proven experience in AI/GenAI implementations (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems
• Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders
