This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, documentation, and problem-solving. You’ll analyze claims for accuracy, verify submitted information, and apply payer rules to determine approval requirements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Review claim submissions for correctness
- →Validate diagnosis and procedure coding
- →Enter claim data into payer or clearinghouse systems
- →Flag incomplete or incorrect documentation
- →Protect patient information at all times
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to interpret documentation and basic coding
- Comfort working with structured workflows
- Fully remote
- Exposure to payer-side processes
- Foundational experience for future claims analyst positions
