HR Specialist

• →Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with our PEO and external providers.
• →Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS administration.
• →Coordinate U.S. immigration and visa matters in partnership with external immigration counsel.
• →Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters.
• →Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices. 

• 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting U.S. employees.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating U.S. immigration and visa matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine care for employees.
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized.
