The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and a proven track record of delivering functional solutions for complex payroll environments. • →Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Payroll implementations and enhancements.
• →Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• →Provide guidance on payroll compliance, calculations, and integrations with other Oracle HCM modules.
• →Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful payroll runs.
• →Support change management and end-user training for payroll processes.
• →Partner with technical teams to validate integrations and customizations.
• →Deliver high-quality documentation and maintain project timelines.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll in an HCM environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll rules, fast formulas, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
