AEM Technical Lead & Architect Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune /Gurgaon/Mumbai JD for Technical Lead: "Looking for Adobe AEM (CQ) Technical Lead 9+ years of experience in web content management with 3+ years in Adobe AEM (CQ) both from business and Technical perspective. Should be able to understand functional requirements, convert it to technical solution and architecture. Experience with server setup and overall best AEM practices also needed. Solid understanding of Java / J2EE, JSP in the context of Adobe CQ, Dispatcher, OSGi, Sling technologies. Should be able to create custom components. Have a good understanding of software engineering practices SDLC and Agile. Applicants must have excellent communication and organization skills, object oriented development skills, documentation skills, self-motivation, project leadership expertise, and maintain outstanding professionalism and time management skills. JD for Architect Have a deep understanding of the AEM platform and standard methodologies around implementations Excellent experience in Adobe Experience Manager all versions and be a selling point for the technology Experienced in HealthCare, Content Management System and Learning Management System AEM Certified Business Practitioner will be added advantage Should have worked in Onsite with the clients and Product Management Should have owned Technical Delivery of the entire Product Manage the software development cycle, including research, architecture, development, testing, release, and upgrades. Should be Owning the development of the Software Engineering Competency Collaborate with Pre-Sales team by providing required data for their sales pursuits. Should have excellent presenting skills about the Product Team and organization with business stake holders and Tec Talks Involving effort estimation discussions with customer and internal teams at Program level. Able to handle the project independently for performance estimations. Excellent vision and ability to make forward looking technology decisions and plans and ability to quantify the technical debt. Experience in designing and partitioning applications into layers and tiers and into Micro Services. With the background of Java /Spring Framework, ORM will be added value to enrich the program Architectural experience in Cloud – IBM Cloud / AWS Should have experience in DevOps Framework and Open Sources Technical authority for the project. Manage all managed services teams and provide technical leadership Should be Owning the development of the Software Engineering Competency Input to product roadmap from a feature and technical perspective
