Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as an Electronic Technician 3 based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.
The selected candidate will perform a variety of technical functions in support of the design, assembly, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems for mission-critical applications. This role requires hands-on work with electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and sophisticated test equipment to ensure all systems meet stringent performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results.

High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics with 2 or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience in military or aerospace manufacturing or depot environments.
- →
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- →
The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
- →
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications Electronic Technician 3:
- →
Experience with RF applications, TWT tuning, automated testing, and MPM/TX testing.
- →
Experience with automated test systems and data acquisition software.
- →
Experience with SAP/GOLD/ Microsoft Office suites.
- →
Experience working with use of any RF test instruments such as (but not limited to) Performance Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, etc.

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,500.00 - $105,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
