Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer for the Nuclear Surety team. This position is located in Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel program.
This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Masters degree and 3 years of relevant experience, OR a PhD and 1 year of relevant experience
- →Must be a US Citizen with an active US Government Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
- →Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- →Experience working with Nuclear Surety Requirements and the Nuclear Certification process (e.g., AFI 63-125, AFMAN 91-118/119/31-108, DODM 5210.41, AFI 91-107)
- →Minimum 3 years of experience performing electrical or software analyses/testing and verification of requirements, and at least 3 years using requirements/MBSE tools such as DOORS, Cameo, TeamCenter, GIT, JAZZ, NX, or Capitol
Requirements

- 5+ years of systems-engineering experience, including requirements management, functional-block-diagram development, verification & validation, and trade-study execution
- 5+ years of experience with MBSE and associated tools (DOORS, Cameo, TeamCenter, GIT, JAZZ, NX, Capitol) for requirements development and traceability
- Experience supporting major program events (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR) and conducting capability assessments, non-compliance adjudication, and cross-program collaboration
