Compliance Program Coordinator

• →Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• →2-3+ years of experience coordinating compliance or regulatory requirements, preferably within a health care, veterinary, or other regulated organization
• →Strong organizational and project-management skills
• →Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• →Confidence following up with stakeholders and holding others accountable for agreed-upon deadlines
• →Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
• →Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• →Ability to research requirements, summarize information clearly, and identify when an issue should be escalated

Preferred Qualifications:

• →Experience coordinating compliance requirements across multiple states is preferred
• →Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-entity organization

This position is based at our headquarters in Chelsea, New York City, and requires working in the office five days per week.
