We are looking for an Event Coordinator to oversee mainly our Gainbridge Fieldhouse events. Responsibilities of the position include:

Oversee small event team by creating schedules and ensuring employees are adhering to standards and functioning as they should be at events
Drive company vehicle to events and set up/tear down
Ensure health and safety standards are being followed by all event team members
Promote higher ticket sales by upselling and ensure team is doing the same
Communicate with Bakery Manager consistently about Par needs for events

Looking for joyful salespeople who are very comfortable talking to guests and someone who is very organized. Must have availability to work late night events during both the week and weekends. This position may be helping frost Bundtlets for these events in store depending on needs and ensuring full time hours are met.
