2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.

Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (for startup companies without brand recognition).

Deep knowledge of engineering & product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like.

A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.
