- Position: Customer Service Representative II
- Location: Northbrook, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday,9am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Call Center- Answering General Information calls
- →Reporting results (Critcal reporting)
- →Faxing Results (Call List)
- →Trouble shooting specimen errors (LSI)
- →Creating tickets
- →Specimen add on requests
- →Supply Ordering
- →Contacting patients for recollections
- →Education: High School diploma
- →Certification: none
- →Experience: 3 or more years
- →Unique or Preferred Skills: Multi tasking a must, Call center experience
